The Tiguan Highline flashes a confident glance to oncoming traffic, with slimline headlights, LED daytime running lights, dynamic cornering lights and integrated chrome strips. They sit below a high bonnet complete with V-shaped character lines.
Daytime running lights feature LED technology for greater visibility, and fit flush with the newly designed LED headlights with Dynamic Light Assist, enhancing the Tiguan’s sporty new look.
The innovative night design of the modern tail light clusters of the Tiguan Highline with LED technology changes when you brake. This design measure not only improves signalling, but also makes your Tiguan unique.

3-zone climatronic air conditioning with air intensity control and automatic air recirculation ensures a pleasant interior temperature to suit the individual preference of driver, front passenger and rear seat passengers. Rear passengers are able to make adjustments via an electronic control panel conveniently located to the rear of the front centre armrest. A sensor monitors the outside air quality and, if necessary, automatically activates the air recirculation function.
The 12-way electric driver seat ensures extra comfort with 4-way lumbar support and control with memory function. This feeling of well being is achieved by finding an ideal sitting position suited to each individual occupant. To this end, the seat can be adjusted in a wide variety of ways and adapted to different builds and statures.
'Park Assist' enables semi-automatic parking for front, side and rear. Is not only makes parallel parking easier, but also helps you reverse park into a space at 90 degrees to the kerb. Using ultrasonic sensors, Park Assist will detect a parking space large enough for either bay or parallel parking. Once the vehicle is in reverse, all the driver has to do is operate the accelerator and brake, and keep a lookout, while the Tiguan steers itself into its chosen space.
Four separate cameras, located in the rear tailgate, door mirrors and radiator grille, provide a 360-degree view around the new Tiguan, helping you to manoeuvre with confidence in any direction. The driver can select up to twelve possible views of the vehicle, from the front, rear or side, on either full or split-screen displayed on the infotainment system. Should you specify the optional Discover Navigation Pro system, you will also gain a bird’s-eye view around your new Tiguan. Not in conjunction with rear-view camera.
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) including Front Assist radar sensor controlled distance monitoring system, City emergency braking system, cruise control and speed limiter offers you intelligent control of your driving speed by automatically adjusting acceleration and braking. Whether around town or on the motorway, the system will adjust your speed to that of the vehicle in front, keep your specified, warn if you are approaching too fast and, in an emergency situation generate enough braking force to try to reduce the severity of a collision or possibly even prevent the collision entirely.
